Mindfulness in Practice

Conducted in SQC

Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment without judgment. It means being aware of your thoughts, feelings, sensations and environment without judging them as good or bad.

Mindfulness can be practiced through meditation, or simply by bringing awareness to your everyday activities. It is also a therapeutic technique that can help with stress, anxiety, depression and other mental health issues. Mindfulness is a skill that can be learned and developed with practice.

Join Jit Sharma for this 1hr sharing on how you can apply mindfulness in this hurried world.

This 1hr talk is part of SQC’s course offering: WSQ Effective Stress management (Resilience and Self-Care level 2)
