Our programme empowers individuals by strengthening their emotional resilience and mental fortitude. Through an exploration of their inner selves and fostering connections with others, participants can build a positive outlook on life. Our approach draws on principles of positive psychology, which emphasizes the importance of focusing on one’s strengths and cultivating a sense of purpose. Additionally, we offer guidance on self-care activities that promote positivity and self-love. By embracing mindfulness and developing an appreciation for oneself, individuals can enhance their overall well-being and live a more fulfilling life.
Participants who fulfil all requirements will receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
