Module 2: Provide Go-the-Extra-Mile Service (Service Excellence) (English)
– Mode of Training: Synchronous e-learning
– Duration: 2 days (16 hrs), 9:00am to 6:00pm
– Platform: ZOOM (Click here to download “Zoom Desktop Client“)
– Device Requirement: You must have a computer desktop/laptop with fully functional video (webcam) and audio (microphone) options.
Use of a mobile phone to attend the class will not be allowed
