Module 1: Demonstrate the Service Vision (English)
– Mode of Training: Synchronous e-learning
– Duration: 1 day (8 hrs), 9:00am to 6:00pm
– Platform: ZOOM (Click here to download “Zoom Client for Meetings“)
– Device Requirement: You must have a computer desktop/laptop with fully functional video (webcam) and audio (microphone) options.
Use of mobile phone to attend the class will not be allowed

1. This e-learning course is the same version as classroom-based learning.
