Mindfulness is often associated with the quest for happiness. Through practising mindfulness techniques, participants will learn to alleviate stress and gain effective control of both their personal and professional lives.

Participants will undergo bite-sized experiential learning through mini-lectures, interactive activities and case studies.
This course is suitable for organisations who are keen to equip their team members with the fundamentals of mindfulness or to refresh what they have already known about mindfulness.
