Participants are assumed to have:

• Digital Literacy: Ability to operate basic computer functions with at least Computer Literacy Level 2 (ICAS Computer Skills Assessment Framework), including understanding of fundamental digital concepts.
• Educational Qualifications: A minimum of three GCE ‘O’ Level passes including English, or Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5 (average score across Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing).
