On 1 February 2021, the Service Quality Centre (SQC) relocated its office to the Devan Nair Institute for Employment and Employability (DNI) at 80 Jurong East Street 21, #05-01, Singapore 609607. This move followed careful planning and decision-making, with the new location selected for its accessibility to public transport and proximity to shopping malls like IMM, Westgate, and JEM.
The new office features two training rooms designed as smart learning environments. Equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and training aids, these rooms integrate interactive whiteboards, video conferencing, projections, information sharing, and office applications. Learners benefit from a highly enriching, engaging, and enjoyable experience. With interactive technology, overseas learners can actively participate in live classroom training.
