Designed for advanced leadership professionals, this course equips participants to develop ESG‑aligned conflict management frameworks that enhance governance, reduce risk, and strengthen stakeholder trust. Participants gain practical skills in coaching‑driven dispute resolution, stakeholder consultation, and applying effectiveness metrics to support long‑term organisational viability. By bridging the Governance and Social pillars of ESG, the course addresses an essential industry need for sustainable and ethical conflict management practices.

Participants will learn to design comprehensive frameworks for managing conflicts and grievances by integrating legal, ethical, and socio‑cultural considerations. They will apply coaching principles and the GROW model to resolve disagreements constructively, while securing stakeholder buy‑in for grievance mechanisms. The course also develops capability in using KPIs and efficiency metrics to improve employee relations, enabling participants to drive sustainable governance and progress confidently into leadership roles.

Participants who fulfil all requirements will receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
