Develop My Best Self to Work Collaboratively with Others

This course equips participants with competencies to develop and practise collaborative way of working, to foster camaraderie with co-workers and contribute towards team goals, as well as display positive attitude in interactions with stakeholders.
It supports the training and capability building of participants with relevant, current and in-demand soft skills along the following:
- CCS Cluster: Interacting with Others
- CCS Competency: Collaboration
- CCS Theme: Career-Learning-Planning
Participants who fulfil all requirements will receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
- Able to apply know-how to collaborate with co-workers to fulfil own responsibilities and contribute to team goals
- Learn to respond respectfully to differences, build rapport with co-workers, and contribute to a positive working environment
- Display a positive attitude and etiquette during challenging situations, with the application of emotional intelligence and empathy
Use tools, methods, and techniques
- Know roles and responsibilities to be clear about work expectations
- Discover importance of collaboration at the workplace
- Get into collaborative mindset and practices with good communications and knowledge sharing
