In the 1990s, an acronym VUCA was coined to describe the more volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous multilateral world where the predictability of outcomes becomes low and controllability of situations are reduced. The VUCA world which was forecast in 1990s has arrived, economically, with disruptive technologies and globalisation both providing increased opportunities and challenges.
In the midst of the various external changes, team leaders need to develop a strong, cohesive and resilient team that can respond accordingly to the changes in an agile and effective manner.
This course is designed to provide the participants with the skill sets to build effective networks and build team relationships to support organisational and team priorities. Through practical examples and role play, the participants will be equipped with the essential skill sets to develop team cohesiveness, manage workplace diversity, and handle workplace conflict.
Participants who fulfil all requirements will receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).

Participants will undergo experiential learning through presentation and various learning activities to achieve optimal learning results.
This course is designed for supervisor, assistant manager, team leader, and leaders who wanted to better manage team development and team conflicts.
