This course provides the essentials of the business analysis process, incorporating best practices from International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), a non-profit organization promoting business analysis best practices. It is designed for those new to the business analyst role or those seeking a structured approach performing business analysis work. This includes understanding of business analysis terminologies and concepts, common business analysis techniques and a structured framework.
The course also outlines the knowledge and skills needed for a business analyst to be effective in performing business analysis work.
Participants who fulfill all requirements will receive Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
This course qualifies for 16 Professional Development Units (PDUs) under Project Management Institute (PMI) Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) program Category A.
