This 2-day course equips participants to learn new skills and knowledge to enhance their digital literacy with lasting impact.

  • Find and use the appropriate applications for food ordering, e-payment, navigation, government services and work communication.
  • Identify and mitigate the risks of falling victim to scams over emails, calls and other channels.
  • Use and claim their Skillsfuture credits to enroll for courses.

    • Healthy 365
    • Zoom
    • Webex
    • MS Teams
    • Google Pay
    • Apple Pay
    • Google Maps
    • CDG Zig
    • BusLeh
    • Street Directory 
    • Skillsfuture.gov.sg
    • Camera applications
  • Demonstrate how to download, install, and use the applications on a smartphone or tablet.
  • Explain the features and functions, understanding the pros and cons of using these applications.
  • Know how to enter the Skillsfuture account with SingPass, browse the Skillsfuture courses, and utilise the Skillsfuture credits to enroll for training courses.
  • Identify and mitigate the risks of falling victim to scams over emails, calls and other channels.

This course is conducted through a structured curriculum supplemented with hands-on exercises, exploring the installed applications on the smartphone or tablet.

This course is suitable for anyone with little or no knowledge of using the mentioned applications.

Time : 9:00am – 5:00pm
