Develop Self and Teams to Achieve Organisation’s Goals

This course equips participants with skills to acquire and enhance individual and team performance. It also facilitates achieving personal, professional, and organisational goals. Participants will acquire basic coaching skills to guide their team(s) to achieve organisational goals.
It supports the training and capability building of participants with relevant, current and in-demand soft skills along the following:
- CCS Cluster: Interacting with Others
- CCS Competency: Developing People
- CCS Theme: Support Change Management at the Workplace
Participants who fulfil all requirements will receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
- Learn to organise oneself by understanding capabilities of team members and aligning to organisation’s goals
- Obtain the ability to help oneself and others to understand, set and align personal and professional goals to achieve the organisation’s vision

The delivery of learning is by way of interactive and experiential practices that keep participants motivated and help them make connections. The methods enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of training, with skills practice and immersion that encourage recall, retention, and transfer.
This course is suitable for supervisors, individuals in small businesses, and those who need to guide and interact extensively with subordinates and others daily.
