This course targets to equip working professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate and leverage the AI-driven technological era. By understanding AI’s potential, identifying practical applications, conducting feasibility analyses, and implementing AI processes effectively, businesses can achieve greater innovation, efficiency, and competitiveness.
Participants who fulfil all requirements will receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
Introductory Course Fee for October Classes: $455.00 (Usual: $650.00) before SSG Funding
- Compare the current business model with the AI business model to explore potential opportunities to use new and emerging AI technological processes.
- Explore the concept and principles of AI digitisation and its practical applications in business.
- Assess the viability of AI as a business innovation by conducting a feasibility analysis and evaluating the cost-benefit of potential opportunities.
- Implement an action plan defining the business innovation processes aligned to the success factors for its implementation

Participants will undergo experiential learning through lectures, interactive activities, group discussions, group presentation, hands-on practices and case studies.
Requirement
Participants are required to bring laptops for effective learning during this course. Tablets can be used if necessary but are not recommended.
This course is suitable for working professionals who want to be equipped with the needed skills and knowledge in navigating and leveraging the AI-driven technological era.
Prerequisites
Participants are assumed to:
- Be able to operate using computer functions with minimum Computer Literacy Level 2 based on ICAS Computer Skills Assessment Framework (Operate basic computer functions and grasp digital concepts)
- Have a minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ Levels Passes including English or WPL Level 5 (Average of Reading, Listening, Speaking & Writing Scores)
- Be able to use a web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox etc)
- Be familiar with word processing software (Microsoft Word, Google Docs etc.)
