The WSQ Diploma in Tourism programme propels tourism professionals towards excellence in their careers, contributing towards developing the tourism workforce of the future.

With a primary focus on developing MICE-related businesses, you will be introduced to topics ranging from the planning and management of MICE events, content and development, to service leadership. The modules are underpinned by a strong emphasis on emerging trends and technologies which can be leveraged upon to better meet the needs of travel consumers. You will also be awarded a Statement of Attainment (SOA) for each module upon fulfilling the requirements.

Terms and Conditions

(1) Registration for modules funded by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) are subjected to further suitability and eligibility checks by both SSG and Service Quality Centre Pte Ltd (SQC). Supporting documents may be required. (2) The participant is awarded the Statement of Attainment and credit values for each module once determined as "Competent (C)". Should the participant not meet the minimum eligibility criteria, fulfil attendance criteria, and complete all necessary assessments as required by SSG and SQC, the participant is considered “Not Yet Competent (NYC)". (3) Upfront full payment for the programme is not required. Payment is to be made on a modular basis within three [3] working days before the commencement date of each module.
