This course introduces the skills necessary for working with MS Outlook 2016. Participants will learn how to work with the Outlook messaging including formatting Outlook messages, creating messages, using the Address Book, and managing messages. They will also be able to schedule with the Calendar, manage contacts, customise the information viewer, and work with tasks using the Rules Wizard.
