Project management is a critical skill for anyone who needs to lead and manage projects regardless of their job titles and organisation roles. This course is beneficial to managers, leaders, and employees who need to manage day-to-day operations.

This course will provide you with a firm foundation to plan and manage the entire project management processes from the initiating stage to the closeout stage. Participants learn to handle challenges including unclear requirements, unrealistic deadlines, unrealistic budget, frequent changes, lack of direct authority, and complex group dynamics.

Participants who fulfil all requirements will receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
