Data-Graphics – Using Charts to Tell a Story (8 hrs)

Course Code: SX-DGUC-01

Narrative infographics tend to use more illustrative design, while explorative infographics need to represent an unbiased view of the data with little use for illustration. Therefore, it is important to create infographics using an approach that supports both types – narrative and explorative.

In this course, the participants are empowered with the knowledge and skills to create charts that appropriately represent the information in hand. They will also learn how to create chart types that are not available directly in Microsoft Excel such as waterfall charts, broken Y-axis charts, step charts, and XY area chart.
