Diploma in Service Leadership – Service Leader (Level 4)

The WSQ Diploma in Service Leadership aims to groom service leaders with the skills and competencies to operationalise and implement service excellence for their organisations. With a primary focus on developing leadership skills, individuals will also be introduced to job redesign, customer analytics, as well as fostering service innovation in their team.

The training programme can be customised to suit organisational needs.

20 Credit Values

Participants are required to accumulate a total of 20 credit values to achieve the Diploma in Service Leadership. By completing the 8 different courses below, they are entitled to 16 credit values. The additional 4 credit values can be obtained from either core or elective courses under the Skills Framework (SFw) for Retail framework (Level 3, 5) or other WSQ frameworks (Level 3, 4, 5).

Important Notice: With effect from 1 October 2020, the courses taken under the Service Excellence Competency Framework (SVCF) will no longer be eligible to qualify for full certification. To attain full certification, the courses must be taken from the Skills Framework (SFw) for Retail with the new SSG course codes, as indicated below.
