Data Protection

Since the implementation of Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in 2014, 92 organisations have been fined a total of S$2.5 million for breaching the PDPA. With the amendments to PDPA from 1 Feb 2021, more stringent regulations are imposed on organisations. At the same time, the trend of data breaches is likely to increase as consumers become more aware of PDPA.

Hence, organisations must be more diligent about data protection compliance. Through our data protection courses, participants will learn how to implement data protection policies and procedures effectively in their organisations.

The training courses can be customised to suit organisational needs.
