Advanced Certificate in Service Excellence - Service Coach (Level 3)

The WSQ Advanced Certificate in Service Excellence aims to groom service coaches with the skills and competencies to nurture and supervise staff for service excellence. The competencies at this level are aimed at grooming service coaches to be role models to new entrants. Competencies include coaching skills, as well as relationship management skills to build their ability to establish customer relationships. Individuals will also be introduced to skills in managing service operations and service performance.

The training programme can be customised to suit organisational needs.

15 Credit Values

Participants are required to accumulate a total of 15 credit values to achieve the Advanced Certificate in Service Excellence. By completing the 6 different courses below, they are entitled to 12 credit values. The additional 3 credit values can be obtained from either core or elective courses under the Skills Framework (SFw) for Retail framework (Level 1, 3, 4) or other WSQ frameworks (Level 2, 3, 4).

Important Notice: With effect from 1 October 2020, the courses taken under the Service Excellence Competency Framework (SVCF) will no longer be eligible to qualify for full certification. To attain full certification, the courses must be taken from the Skills Framework (SFw) for Retail with the new SSG course codes, as indicated below.
