Never underestimate the power of small teams and the impact of service oriented teams have on an organisation. This module trains participants to lead a small service team to meet with expected service outcomes. Through SQ Centre's emphasis on customisation and learning methodology, participants would be trained to improve their ability in leading an effective team which is service focus, cohesive and able to collaborate with organisational line management.
Lead a Service Team is a competency-based programme. Assessment will be done on competencies learnt during the programme and participants will be certified with a Statement Of Attainment by Workforce Development Agency (WDA).

Plan to achieve team service outcomes
Develop team cohesion
Participate in and facilitate a service team
Coordinate with management on service issues
