COURSE OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of this unit, learners will have the required knowledge and application skills in providing business excellence assessment services. It includes planning for business excellence assessment, conducting business excellence as well as reporting assessment outcome.

At the end of the training, learners will be able to:

Plan for business excellence assessment
Conduct business excellence assessment
Report excellence findings

ASSUMED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Before starting this module, we assume that the learners already:

Have experience in analysing organisational information
Have applied business systems and technology
Understand the organisation's current business direction, current product and service range; and have basic report writing skills
