Reach for the STAR programme allows your frontline staff to gain a complete understanding of each service attitude and its impact on providing superior customer satisfaction. It is a programme to enhance the personal effectiveness of your frontline staff. They will be equipped with techniques and guidelines to develop and demonstrate each aspect of the eight key service attitudes.

The programme comes with an individualized report of your staff’s personal profile on the eight service attitudes. The profile will be used as a self-assessment tool during the programme for further exploration and enhancement of the individual attitude.
