We understand that businesses may not always find it viable to release a large number of employees for training at the same time. Our Public Run programmes are designed with these considerations in mind and cater to individual walk-ins or smaller group numbers from 2 to 12. Classes start when we receive a minimum number of interested participants, usually 15 – 20 people.

Classes require a minimum number of participants to commence and SQ Centre reserves the right to postpone or cancel classes due to insufficient numbers or unforeseen circumstances and will make every effort to inform participants of any changes in advance.
