About Skills Programme for Upgrading and Resilience (SPUR)
SPUR or Skills Programme for Upgrading and Resilience, is an enhanced financial support scheme to help Singaporeans and businesses cope with manpower challenges as we enter a period of slower economic growth due to the global financial downturn. It is designed to help workers upgrade existing skills and/or acquire new skills at very minimal additional costs to the employer. The SPUR initiative is a tripartite effort between WDA, NTUC and SNEF.
