Certified Service Professional (CSP) Programme now open to All in-employment candidates

With effect from 1 September 2008, the rules to entry for the Certified Service Professional (CSP) programme have been eased!

In an effort to increase awareness and encourage both employers and the public to experience the usefulness of the programme in raising service standards, WDA announced these amendments to lift restrictions on those who wish to take on the 5-day programme.

The programme is now open to all in-employment applicants:

• Currently working in Tourism-related sectors, regardless of length of work experience
• Companies from non-Tourism related services are also eligible for funding to enroll staff for CSP program
