| >> |
Deliver soft skills training include service mindset, service skills, leadership, teambuilding and innovation programmes. |
| >> |
Design new training strategies and materials. |
| >> |
Manage and implement training design projects. |
| >> |
Work with business development managers to customise exicting training programmes. |
| >> |
Monitor programmes effectiveness and provide content enhancements. |

| you should also have... |
| >> |
Proven track record in the training field and well-versed in any of the following areas; service quality training, experiential training, team building, mindset training relating to service quality, innovation and creativity. |
| >> |
Any professional certification in Training & Development / Human Resource Development/ Training & Education or its equivalent. |
| >> |
Excellent communication, interaction and facilitation skills. |
| >> |
Pleasant and warm personality, with excellent ability to engage participants in the training programme. |
| >> |
High degree of drive and passion for stand-up training. |
| >> |
Mature, self-motivated, independent, team player and willing to travel outstation. |
| >> |
Energetic, performance driven, people oriented and resourceful. |
| >> |
Candidates who are effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin or English and Bahasa Malaysia will have added advantage. |

Instructional Design Qualification is an added advantage. |
| >> |
Experience in customer service environment with strong customer care culture. |

Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service culture. |
