You will be required to design, develop, manage and champion a portfolio of training programmes and interventions.

Product Design & Development Manager

you are responsible to...
>>	Design new training strategies and materials
>>	Manage and implement training design projects
>>	Work with business managers to customise existing training programmes
>>	Derive programme positioning, pricing and promotional plan
>>	Conduct train-the-trainer programmes
>>	Monitor programme effectiveness and provide content enhancements

you must have..
>>	3-5 years experience in HRD and/or training and development function
>>	Hands-on knowledge in instructional design is a must
>>	Excellent facilitating, interpersonal and presentation skills
>>	Minimum Degree qualification in the relevant field
