| COURSE OBJECTIVES |
This 1-day program is designed to initiate the motivation-from-within amongst the participants. The session is set to provide participants with the ability to Make-Things-Work and the Willingness to Do-Work. This program is expected to motivate gladness at works.
Designed for: Supervisors and Frontline key-personnel, whose role determine the execution and delivery of day-to-day operations. In summary, those who engage in constant direct-interactions with external or internal customers.

- Explore the willingness to work from scientific and modular point of views
- Develop understanding of the concept Happy At Work, as a module that can be applied across-situational
- Understand Self-Focus and Focus-to-Others, in order to be able to initiate self or others’ to execute work
- Explore more intensively how to apply Happy At Work, relevant to daily activities at respective companies and organizations
