Enrol in our Certified Service Professional (CSP) programme, jointly developed by Service Quality (SQ) Centre Pte Ltd and Workforce Development Agency (WDA) to acquire lifelong portable service skills and attitudes valued by employers.
Trainees who complete the 5-day training are awarded a Certified Service Professional certificate (nationally recognized Workforce Skills Qualification issued by Workforce Development Agency) and a personalized ez-link card. Graduands will also receive assistance in job placements.
